Integration Team• To integrate all store information such as sales, stock, any stock movement or adjustment between Carrefour and Big C• To manage store data cleansing for the integration period, validate stock correctness on integration day.• Be the store consultant before and after integration period, align the process between to companies to find the best pratice and sharing their knowhow. Inventory Management Team• To manage both Inventory Level and Inventory Quality to align with company and group target.• To manage bad stock by coordinate with Merchandise Buyer to have the strong action.• To precheck and feedback to data entry pool in case found any abnormal data in the system before send all information to stores.• To communicate all inventory management actions to store, monitoring and follow the result.• To summarize the action result and present to top management.

To implement division stratergy, policies and participate in Monthly meeting with store management, exchange information, review issues. Analysis and review action to improve national indicators to have good quality of stock,propose by detial solution and work flow by store. • Stock analysis; to ensure to have optimize level of stock in term of value, stock day and quality od stock.• Indicator; monitoring and alert to store management, propose and validate action plan for store.• Operation Auditor; to ensure that all store have the same operation standard follow strictly with our policy.• New store opening; design back-office details lay-out including utilities. Simulate the first order and follow up stock for new store.
