Pat is a Managing Director in PwC's audit practice and is dedicated to fast growing technology sector and middle market companies – both public and private. She has over 25 years of public accounting experience in the Los Angeles, Hong Kong and Portland offices. Pat is responsible for planning and managing financial audits, supervising the professional staff, identifying potential improvements to client’s systems, and acting as primary contact with client personnel locally and abroad. She has assisted her clients evaluate a variety of complex accounting issues, including revenue recognition and share-based compensation issues, financing transactions, mergers and acquisitions and SEC accounting and reporting matters.
