Much of my work at WFS for the last 2 years with my time at Welcome was subject to a Confidentiality/Compromise Agreement and therefore cannot be shared on a public forum such as this. However, I was involved in the design, strategies, deployment & management of the area(s) I was working in, in order to;* Review established procedure, criteria and work.

* Implemented and developed a “Data Quality Manager” role within the company from what was primarily a Marketing function, overseeing and ensuring the quality and accuracy of the data on our system(s), as well as the data and processes used on data capture. In addition, a secondary achievement has been fulfilled which ensures that the DPA and FSA ‘best.

* Used Experian’s MicroMarketer to produce Financial Mosaic, FSS and Delphi profiles to help segment our data, understanding and insight as well as help compare our active database against 3rd party data for joint ventures, bought in books (of debt) or other external opportunities. This also allowed us to produce Pen Portraits-Customer Profiles which.

* Headed up and co-ordinated all central Direct Marketing campaigns and test mailings.
