Binal Patel is a Technical Support Analyst at Pathway communications at Pathway Communications. Her attendance, grades and class participation were excellent. I have known Binalben for nearly 2 years during her studies at Centennial College and she will have graduated and receive her diploma for Computer Systems Technology – Networking. Ms. Patel has several strengths to offer an employer. For instance, she is an excellent listener, asks questions, and has done very well in all her lab experiments. Her technical skills, troubleshooting, researching and persistence in learning has made her one of the best. In her Switching and Routing course, she received very good grades in her theory and practical components of the course. What I saw in her Technologist Project course (Capstone Project) was excellent. In this course, students are asked to work in a group, write a project report, perform an oral presentation and identify and implement new technologies for a mid-size IT computer network for a customer. Binalben and her team presented an outstanding report. Clearly indicating her ability to work in a team, research new technologies, design and implement technical solutions. The results, a superb technical project report and oral presentation. In this course, Binalben received an excellent grade, A. In conclusion, I would highly recommend Binalben Patel.
