This opportunity led me to assume the role of a researcher at the National Archives and the Library of Congress, where I meticulously photographed historical personnel records at the National Archives Museum. Employing cutting-edge AI software, I efficiently sorted through the files and transformed them into a coherent and usable dataset.My focus within this research initiative was to understand the timing of the entry of black individuals into the city's police force and trace their evolution within the organization.
