1. Developed a book recommendation system for users using memory and model based collaborative filtering by utilizing the description of book consumed and user interests.2. Used Word2Vec vectorizer to obtain user-item interactions and employed cosine distance as a similarity metric to measure user-item and item-item similarities.3. Created profiles for top active users by leveraging interaction strength with the recommended items and achieved test recall@5 of 42% and recall@10 of 53%.4. Implemented the solution for the cold start problem based on global and demographic specific book popularity and improved the efficiency of the user recommendation engine.

1. Built a multi-class XGBoost classifier to predict the sentiment associated with a particular tweet and obtained the accuracy score of 74% on the test data.2. Employed essential text preprocessing techniques such as text cleaning, lemmatization, named entity recognition (NER), stopword removal and tokenization.3. Generated optimal document-word sparse matrix using TF-IDF Vectorizer by tuning parameters such as min_df, max_df, token pattern and n-gram range.4. Experimented with multiple classification algorithms such as Multinomial Naive Bayes, Random Forest, XGBoost and SVC to identify the top 10 issues which emerged during the pandemic such as toilet paper scarcity, oil prices, panic buy, etc.

We have done EDA , null values treatment, outliers treatment, encoding of categorical features, feature selection.3. Developed three model Random Forest, Extra Trees, XGBoost and compare all model.4. Out of three models, MAE of Random Forest Regressor is around 10% of average views. So, we have been able to predict 90% of the views correctly.
