I have negotiated numerous deals, including SaaS, digital advertising, big data, IOT, social media, cloud computing, technology acquisition, outsourcing & development, reseller, and investment transactions. I also work closely with software company stakeholders to maintain compliance with employment regulations, website terms of use, changing data privacy laws, ad fraud prevention, open source licenses, and inbound technology agreements. This work includes drafting policies, training staff, and working with auditors on issues such as security, availability, processing integrity, confidentiality and privacy.As a former in-house attorney, I know what it’s like to work within a budget and shop for quality legal work.
