About Gale Morton

Hey! Thanks for stopping by! My name is Paten Morton and I'm a 3D Artist specializing in Technical Environment Art for Games, VR, and XR! I focus on Advanced Lighting and Advanced Material Creation for Games, with experience in almost every facet of asset creation. I have an affinity for asset management, pipeline structuring, and documentation creation! I do some particle work and material scripting on the side, though, when I need to spice it up. I spend a vast majority of my free time volunteering on projects, and If I have enough time, maybe I'll read a book or two. I minored in Art History at SCAD outside of my Bachelors in Interactive Design and Game Development. I'm incredibly fond of obscure historical documentaries and taking inspiration from influential works from throughout history, especially in my environments.
