• Leading role in the development of a highly successful logistics operation (both Onshore & Offshore) in association with Iraq Crude Oil Export Expansion Project, Phase 3 with a approx value of USD 580 Million• Expertly liaising and coordinating with the appointed logistics agency to arrange successful transfer of materials from supplier’s premises to project site• Interacting with associated authorities for the port permits and clearances for vessel/barge movement in and out of the port premises, acquiring permission (NOC from Coast Guard/NTA/Customs) for vessel operation within port jurisdiction• Safeguarding the indexing and referencing of all permits and approvals from local authorities for the completion of works• Collaborating closely with Material Manager on delivery schedules and preservation of project material at storage facilities in UAE and Iraq• Utilising outstanding communication skills to finalise contractual terms and conditions, awarding contracts and dealing with all aspects of billing, variation/deviation proposals and claims• Working closely with departments including Engineering, Finance and Site, preparing contracting and procurement strategy in line with overall organisational strategy, and QA/QC for package closure

Chenani-Nashri Tunnel Project (Jammu & Kashmir), India
