To work with reputable construction companies in helping to manage construction projects from start to finish by supplying quality materials at a competitive price when they need it. Working with multi-unit, commercial and institutional buildings, as well as property management companies, I help them to succeed by managing the flow and prices of materials to successfully complete any project.

Primary responsibilities include providing materials and services catering to builders, remodelers, maintenance supervisors, and property managers. Daily activities include outside sales representation, inside sales, bidding jobs ranging from basic remodels to multiple unit apartments and high rises. Secondary responsibilities include designing kitchens, blueprint takeoffs, and strengthening vendor relationships to reduce the cost of goods for bulk orders. Pay is based off base salary + commission + bonus.

■ Starting with no customer base I have grown the business to $2 million in the first 5 months of this Year.■ Developed new customers for myself and the company in areas others had been unsuccessful.

■ In 2007 had an increase of 18% in sales and 27% in profit during the most adverse business climate.■ Reviewed in the top 15% of all lumber traders in the company for proactive sales..■ Responsible to coach and encourage a team of 15 sales people to sell lumber products in the NewEngland market. Set and maintain pricing parameters for the sales force to follow. Resulted in increase of 28% during a targeted review last may.■ Identify potential new business contacts and to develop them into new customers. New Business developed in 2007 resulted in $2.3 Million in additional sales.■ After 6 months was entrusted with maintaining consistent supply and flow of inventory at 2 multi-million dollar facilities. Work with trucking and reload personnel to facilitate the storage and delivery of material to various destinations

■ Responsible for maintaining sales in New England Market and growing a new market in Western Pa and Ohio.■ Built a 17 Million BF business from the ground up through strong business relationship building.
