The scale of this platform is immense and I was tasked to improve the user experience for all of their lines of business, starting with their Partner portal. • Designed site-wide navigation icons for all of their lines of business. • Redesigning the entire interface using AntD Framework components, as well as custom company components. • Utilizing user feedback on existing interfaces, our team would ideate new solutions that would optimize the user experience for the next generation of new clients. Followed standard rituals of wireframing and site-mapping the layouts and interactions before building the medium-high fidelity interactive mockups. • Being a huge advocate of intuitive design, I've improved nearly every aspect of their existing platform by implementing concepts from the 8 steps of intuitive UI. This creates a more efficient system without compromising any existing features.• The existing application is heavy with content, charts, and pages. I've restructured the information architecture to eliminate redundancy and allow for improved user flow while maintaining user's motivation. Used Figma to design a fully functional high fidelity prototype before developing the final product, thus greatly reducing development time and effort.• Collaborated with IDS team to build presentations, identity pacakges, team swag and motion graphics for various teams and departments.
