Serves as Program Analyst in the Program Objective Memorandum (POM) Development & Long Range Planning Branch, Programs Division, Directorate of Strategic Plans, Requirements, and Programs, Air Mobility Command (AMC). Supports Rapid Global Mobility (RGM) Core Function Lead and Air Force Planning, Programming, Budgeting, & Execution (PPBE) System processes. Executes AMC's programmatic compliance in accordance with DoD guidance; responsible for development & submission of RGM/AMC POM to AF Corporate Structure. Prepares & coordinates resource implications of appropriating funds supporting Mobility Air Forces (MAF) programs. Advocates for initiatives & resources needed to improve MAF force structure, facilities, aircraft allocation, & basing. Researches, interprets, analyzes and applies strategic planning documents related to Resource Allocation Plans. Lastly, coordinates with Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD), Office of Joint Chief of Staff (JCS), Headquarters USAF, and Combatant Commands on all PPBE issues impacting RGM mission.

Provides foreign disclosure and policy support to AMC field operating units as the command designated level disclosure authority. Provide Military Personnel Exchange Program (MPEP) and policy support to AMC field operating units as the command designated MPEP Manager. Plans, develops, and implements foreign disclosure procedures and provides direction and guidance on assigned international programs to AMC personnel.

Serves as HQ Air Mobility Command Program Analyst assisting the senior Program Analyst who has overall program responsibility for the Command's installation operations, programming, inactivations, closures and resource planning. Reviews programming plans and performs analysis on actions pertaining to bases, units and force structure. Conducts and analyzes site survey efforts to determine and recommend the best site and facility requirements to meet mission needs. Analyzes, develops and coordinates site selection and real estate actions in coordination with city, county, state, and federal agencies. Evaluates and analyzes problems associated with a location's capability to accept new units including facilities, operational considerations and budgetary impacts. Analyzes operational basing needs, identifies possible solutions and coordinates required actions and develops necessary programming documentation to ensure successful program completion.

Led 4 military/6 civilian personnel to source Air Expeditionary Force deployments for 23 logistics readiness/maintenance functional areas/105K+ Active Duty/Air Reserve Component Airmen. Reviewed Time-Phased Force Deployment Data libraries for apportionment and suggests updates to Headquarters Air Force/AF Force Providers in support of 16,789 Unit Type Codes. Directed liaison to Air Staff Logistics Directorate, Major Command Functional Area Managers, Air Component staffs and provides posturing guidance and advice. Conducted pre- and post-execution Air Expeditionary Force analysis for Headquarters Air Force/Air Staff Logistics Directorate on sourcing, posturing, coding, scheduling processes.

Air Mobility Command Phoenix Mobility intern--Air Mobility Command's elite executive leadership development program for Air Operations Center, Expeditionary Mobility Operations, and Contingency Response Wing operations. Led 6 military personnel in forecasting, scheduling, and assessment of contingency response training for 650+ personnel. Created and validated training plans and assessments for effectiveness and accuracy. Provided training status updates to senior commanders and adjusted scheduling/content based on necessity.

Air Mobility Command Phoenix Mobility intern--Air Mobility Command's elite executive leadership development program for Air Operations Center, Expeditionary Mobility Operations, and Contingency Response Wing operations. Directed executive-level correspondence and coordination of the 650+ personnel wing with 3 groups, 7 squadrons, and 22 Air Mobility Liaison Officers at 10 global locations. Managed wing performance reports, awards, decorations, promotion recommendation folders, special projects, and official tasks for the wing commander. Assisted with commander scheduling. Served as wing protocol officer and established wing-wide policies, standards and guidance for executive support.
