Fellows work as consultants with Central Texas nonprofits. Pat’s projects were primarily in fundraising and leadership. Pat’s grant writing certification is from Arizona State University.

Led the Austin/San Antonio ACG Chapter with over 20 officers and board members. ACG is the premier association for organizations involved in middle-market growth. The ACG/Central Texas Chapter has over 225 members in the Austin-San Antonio area. During 2018, the Chapter launched the NextGen Group for under-40 members, increased membership more than 20%, increased member retention and monthly event attendance. Enhanced social media, web and digital media platforms to improve membership and member activity.

Founded Texas CEO Magazine and acted as Publisher. The mission of Texas CEO is connecting Texas businesses across the state in order to do business together and grow the Texas economy. Launched the Texas CEO Speaker series, newsletter, website and social media outreach. Lead the magazine from launch to profitability.

Led the 30+ person Board of Directors made up of principals, directors and managers in the Austin advertising community. Repositioned the role of the Austin Ad Fed as the organization focused on showing the creative talent of Austin to develop business for our agencies, vendors and suppliers. Grew membership 17% over two years.During my tenure, the most financially successful Austin ADDY Awards were held in 2007, austinprobono.org was launched, The Hill Country Ride for Aids raised a record $665,000 and Art From The Streets had its best fundraising ever. (Both are pro bono projects of the Austin Ad Fed.)

Managed ad sales for a legal publication in the second largest bar association in the nation - Texas. Launched web sales program for texasbar.com with ads, a legal industry marketplace and a member benefit program. Achieved highest single monthly billing in the history of the magazine, and increased revenue 11% in FY '06.
