For three decades I have worked as a creative director with business development, helping small and large companies in the experience industry to create innovative physical and digital social meeting places. Often with overall responsibility for the entire development process from financing, concept development, project management,  production, recruitment, marketing to event planning and finally day-to-day operations.With extensive knowledge in control tools for change processes, resources, resistance management, Kpin and final goals, I have developed 100s of creative concepts and communication solutions.  Organized thousands of branding events with talented collaborators, artists and performers.  Altogether, the activities and concepts have attracted at least 500,000 guests to the various meeting places. Activities with everything from concerts with White Stripes and Alicia Keys to parties with DJs Swedish House Mafia and Luis Vega to events for companies in the fashion, media, music and beverage industry, premieres such as Felix Herngren's Adult People, releases for the book Fittstim and Cecilia's Frode's theater performances The angel.The connected digital social meeting places form the link to the targeted audience and always have multiple visits from loyal committed followers.The projects have generated massive PR, revenue increases of at least SEK 100 million, created enormous financial synergies for ex landlords, subcontractors and employed several hundred competent coworkers, but above all it contributed to tons of love, dance and inspiring meetings that most likely made our city more attractive to live in.
