As a Senior Recruiter I lead a team that contributes to the mission of Plymouth Housing by attracting, sourcing and recruiting diverse pools of talent that meet the organization’s needs and its strategic plan goals related to diversity and hiring. Working as a consultative partner to hiring managers and a supervisor to the Recruiters and Recruiting.

Greater Seattle Area

• Address job posting requests, seek to understand position requirements and determine the best strategies to fill positions
• Confirm the level of support hiring managers would like with each of their open positions and provide excellent service throughout the recruiting process.
• Perform the following recruiting functions as requested and appropriate; screen resumes/candidates to determine preliminary matches, schedule interviews, conduct and/or assist with telephone and in-person interviews.
• Assist with the post-selection process, which may include writing and presenting offer letters, coordinating pre-employment screenings, and communicating with team members, selected applicants, and hiring managers.
• Use company applicant tracking system to document recruiting activity for each position posted.
• Adhere to company policy, state and federal employment law throughout the recruiting process.

• Sourcing active candidates using online databases, internal database, ATS and lists
• Sourcing passive candidates using online resume databases, Boolean search, social media, cold calls, recruiting events and referrals
• Work simultaneously on various projects across different locations and time zones.
• Write job descriptions and post jobs, screen applicants, schedule and interview candidates (phone or virtual/video), schedule assessments and background checks, negotiate compensation package
• Track metrics for all recruiting activities across projects and locations and update ATS (Workday and Lever) and internal databases.
• Special Projects and travels as assigned
