Patricia Dees brings 20 years of experience in the field of practice management to Embark Health Inc., including office and executive administration, staff management, technical support, quality assurance, product sales, client remediation, project management and marketing. She spent 9 years as General Manager for WebMD's MedWare Medical Practice Management division and worked closely with all departments to achieve the highest level of quality products and services. In 2006, she was recruited to manage a start-up company; PerfectByte, specializing in Orthodontic, Dental and Medical Practice Management Software. Patricia further expanded her range to include; marketing, sales, technical writing, program design and testing, as well as educational video production. She worked closely with customers and programmers to develop user friendly features for practical application and was instrumental in designing the company’s Electronic Medical Records {EMR} programs for the dental, orthodontic, and medical markets. Patricia also helped the company to partner and interface with other vendors to increase product functionality and expand their network base.
