Successfully scaled the Foundation during the pandemic. Provide daily leadership and oversight of the Foundation's various programs and its corresponding locations which include two Shelter in Place Hotels, three Housing Developments, two Navigation Centers, a Homeless Storage Facility, Youth Services and Mental Health Services.Additional Responsibilities Included:• Oversee daily operations of the organization, providing executive direction for program strategies and efficiencies, compliance, and quality assurance.• Create business plans for achieving goals and objectives set in collaboration with the Board of Directors.• Build and lead an effective team that’s dedicated to fulfilling the organization’s mission through highly successful programs, and community engagement.• Provide fiscal management and oversight to ensure the financial integrity of the Foundation.• Spearhead the development and expansion of funding sources including grants, and revenue-generating events.• Attend weekly directors' and stakeholders’ meetings with the City and County of San Francisco's Department of Human Services, Department of Children Youth and Families (DCYF), Mayor's Office, San Francisco’s Department of Homelessness and Supportive Services and the San Francisco Unified School District (SFUSD).Selected Accomplishments:• Scaled the Organization to an annual operating budget from $2.2 million annually to $11.5 million annually.
