Responsible for developing and coordinating all client project elements including proposals development, financial tracking, reporting and budgeting, project and timeline management, coordinating team activities, maintaining status reports, communicating with team members, internal departments, faculty, and vendors. Ensure all project elements are implemented according to objectives, specifications, on schedule, and on budget.Preparing written correspondence such as meeting invitations, confirmation for meetings. Email or fax blasting correspondence to meeting attendees and follow-up, coordination of logistical and housing needs.Assist in development of strategic initiatives designed to influence the medical community and gain valuable insights to later be utilized in marketing strategy and brand plansProcessing honorarium and expenses for meeting attendees. Preparing follow-up correspondence as necessary.Effectively manage a multitude of projects for major clients with including Content Development Meetings, Advisory Boards Meetings, Speaker Training Meetings (both live and web-based) and Promotional Slide Deck Development.Proofreading correspondence for thoroughness and accuracy. Routing to Editorial or the appropriate departments for review. Incorporating edits and comments. Cultivate relationships with top key opinion leaders by serving as their main point of contact in correlation with their participation in client projects and initiatives Follow-up as necessary, with internal departments, team members, faculty and vendor for information required for thorough project implementation.
