Provide, review and monitor companies accounting operations. Assist clients in converting from a manual bookkeeping system to a computerized bookkeeping system. Knowledgeable on preparation of payroll including percentages and types of taxes to withhold, effects of retirement plans and Sec 125 Cafeteria plans, preparation of quarterly payroll tax reports and W-2’s. Proficient in preparing federal, state and local income tax returns for individuals and all business entities. Educated on federal and state corporate tax laws and competent in accurately and timely filing corporate income tax returns for profit and non-profit organizations. Personally accountable for keeping apprised of the tax laws. Supervision of employees.
