Dr. Maher is an Educational Consultant. She is the former Director of the Academic Success Center at the University of South Florida (USF) in Tampa, which included providing learning support for medical and nursing students. She holds a Ph.D. in Adult Education with a minor in educational research. Dr. Maher’s 40 year career in education has included classroom teaching, educational consulting, educational administration, research, and university instruction. The common theme throughout Dr. Maher’s professional practice and research has continuously revolved around enhancing the teaching/learning process through a better understanding of learning potential.
