Onboarding Clinical Educator for a nationwide company. Writing clinical content and quizzes for a variety of learning modules including: New modules for Pediatric Assessment, Clinical Reasoning for Diagnoses, Triage of Elevated Blood Pressure, Cultural Competency, and Biopharma drug trial programs for specific drugs and procedures. Reformed the onboarding process with up-to-date modules and videos. Updated existing modules with best practice techniques: modules (Evaluation Path, Supplies, Medication Therapy Management, Sharps policy, COVID-19 policies, PPE protocols, and created a new 2021 Evaluation Walkthrough Guide). I also created company specific forms as needed by the CMO for PAD FAQ sheets and pitch decks, PAD modules for educating the staff regarding the severity of the disease. Wrote modules for virtual visits, RN Competency quizzes and modules for training, Bloodborne pathogen modules, Streamlined the PPE module, created a phlebotomy training course, and updated a heart failure education module.
