•I have led the 3M commercial policy implementation in the distribution channel on national level for the Fall Protection line, providing technical and commercial support to distributors, 3M channel executives, and customer service, completing the implementation in 1 year.

I introduced and implemented the Fall Protection line adapting the Capital Safety technical and commercial material to the 3M model.I led the sales executive team specialized in Fall Protection with 8 collaborators reporting directly to me. I restructured the customer portfolio in concepts A, B, C and redefined distributors to each category providing the Brazilian Market with a complete solution for the 3M Fall Protection line.I also revised the Fall Protection product portfolio with the 3M marketing team. I elaborated the production planning (Forecast) which incremented sales and resulted in greater accuracy to feed inventory for immediate supply. I led the supply contracts approval and closing for large customer companies such as Vivo, Tim, Net, Philip Morris, CTEEP, Abengoa, and Kinross.

I managed the sales, training, engineering, marketing, product development teams totaling 40 people having 7 of them reporting directly to me. I coordinated the business model change shifting 80% of customer service to the distributors’ network with no decrease in revenue, reducing the operation team by 30%.I coordinated projects and products development teams while implementing a new equipment line with international certification thus creating new business opportunities with large national and multinational organizations.I was in charge for renewing the VIVO contract for another 24 months. I also conducted the approval and closing of the largest contract in the company’s history in the amount of BRL6MM.

O que trouxe como resultado o crescimento do faturamento e a marca passou a ser referência nacional na fabricação de produtos da linha Proteção em Altura conquistando o 2º lugar em Top of Mind pela Revista Proteção e a primeira empresa do setor de Proteção em Altura a ser certificada pelo INMETRO.•Fechei grandes contratos com clientes do setor de Telecom, Elétrico e indústria em Geral como GVT/VIVO, Abengoa, CTEEP, Light, Volvo e Cebrace.•Liderei todo o processo de venda da Altiseg para a empresa americana Capital Safety acompanhando o processo na negociação (Evaluation) definição de valores e o envio de informações para a Capital Safety, finalizando com a coordenação do processo de auditoria com o time da KPMG.
