Provide full-cycle staffing services on a contract basis for the Network and Security Solutions (NSS) business unit of First Data Corporation. Source, recruit and on-board candidates for various positions including product managers, project managers, fraud analysts, transaction risk analysts and government consultants.

Overseeing a team of 12, managed the Talent Acquisition function for the City of Atlanta, an organization of 8,200+ staff and 13 departments with an operating budget of $1.8B. Doubling the size of the talent acquisition team, implemented improved processes to standardize and streamline recruiting and hiring across the organization. Focusing on providing superior levels of customer service, and developing recruiters to act as consultative business partners, improved the reputation of the recruiting team with HR and department business partners.

Employed by Talent Connections and assigned to two engagements; PowerPlan, Inc. and The Intersect Group (TIG). The PowerPlan engagement was a year long assignment that included full-cycle recruiting of consultant, project management and technology positions. Also served as staffing vendor contact for company, negotiating contracts and managing relationships. The Intersect Group is a consulting and staffing firm specializing in the placement of Finance and Technology full-time and contract professionals. The assignment was to identify, qualify and package for submission, a sufficient number of candidates to fill 16 entry-level recruiters and talent sourcing positions. The selected candidates joined the internal staff of TIG.

Joined the Workplace (WP) Services division of Ultimate Software, a cloud provider of people management solutions, as first permanent corporate recruiter. Developed and implemented end-to-end talent acquisition processes, relieving hiring managers of responsibility for staffing open positions. Provided weekly and monthly reports of recruiting activities to senior management. Filled positions in a timely manner as outlined in staffing plan.

Managing a staff of six, and an on-site vendor manager, owned all aspects of the talent acquisition function - both perm and contract positions - for Macy's Systems and Technology, the 2,000+ member technology business unit of Macy's, Inc. Ensured compliance with employment law and company policies throughout the recruiting process. Captured metrics, prepared and published weekly reports of recruiting activities. Collaborated with and educated management and hiring managers on the talent market place, interviewing techniques and company policies and procedures. Reviewed and signed all offers letters.

Joined OnSite Resource Solutions, a retained search firm, to manage the delivery of of full life-cycle recruiting efforts for direct-hire client engagements. Engagements required learning client's culture and talent acquisition challenges, educating clients on the talent marketplace, working with hiring managers to develop clear job specifications, developing effective sourcing strategies to create a pipeline of talent, and ensuring contractual agreements were met. Managed on-site and remote recruiting teams to ensure timely and effective hiring and positive interactions with candidates and clients throughout the screening, selection and hiring processes.

Served as resource manager for implementation group of newly formed business unit, Comprehensive Outsourcing Solutions (COS). Deployed 55 permanent and additional contract resources to as many as 10 simultaneous implementations. Also managed four project coordinators.

Served as HR Manager for the Outsourcing business unit. Provided advice and counsel to 650 exempt Atlanta Operations Center and field staff. Responsibilities included recruiting/staffing, new employee orientation, compensation, benefits administration and employee relations. After two years, recruited internally by RPO Implementation Team. Provided HR and staffing expertise during implementation of outsourcing solutions.
