• Launched a new cards product that resulted in an 800% increase in card transactions.
• Developed and launched an annual account opening campaign that increased the customer base by 2000 new accounts in the first year and 9000 in year two.
• Played an instrumental role in the 2013 rebrand of a tier 2 Bank following an acquisition by a regional Bank Group.
• Conducted an annual brand audit and market research that boosted brand equity.

Rwanda

In this role, I worked closely with the Marketing and Product Development Departments of one of biggest banks in Rwanda by market share in designing a long term user centred brand development strategy with the aim of reaching new audiences and providing innovative financial and life solutions to Rwanda’s bankable population.The project included Market.

Worked as a senior Art director, design and brand strategist for the agency. Key projects included the successful rebrand of RwandAir, Bralirwa, bcr to I&M Bank and Introduction of New Primus in Burundi.

Was part of a collaborative user experience research between Brunel University and an International digital appliances brand. The project was aimed at improving future design strategies for home appliances, with key focus on hoovers, refrigerators and washing machines in Eastern Europe. The research process involved visiting product users in Germany.
