Assisting in the boarding process at the gate in the most effective and customer friendly way possible. I have experienced different situations, like disruptions at the transfer desks, whereby it is needed to supply passengers with correct information both positive and negative. In doing so, always trying to help in the most polite and friendly manner possible.
