Responsibilities- Provide timely and accurate customer coorespondence as it relates to the dispatch and repairs of their specialized projects-Provide a full range of administrative services including, but not limited to, photocopy documents, collate, assemble, and distribute materials.-Type or produce reports or correspondence utilizing word processing, spreadsheet, and other business software.-Receive, review, and compare documents, forms, or applications for completeness and accuracy.-Perform complex data entry tasks for which there is a moderate variation of formats and procedures and with general instructions for coding and entering data; check and correct entry for input errors.-Keep track of daily, weekly, and monthly inventories-Assist with special projects as assigned.-Coordinate and dispatch repairs both on and off site-Time clock management -Coordinate with billing department to ensure correction of any discrepancies regarding repairs made on and off site- Maintain great attention to detail while multi-tasking various daily goals and long term projects- Have the ability to step into a leadership role when necessary and to step when it is notAccomplishmentsWhen faced with the disadvantage of losing a vital program, that helped the office to keep track of repairs, I coordinated and created a spreadsheet workbook that can be cross referenced and updated specifically for each customer in order for the entire team to be on the same page and know where we stand in the progress of each project. Communication is the key to ensuring that any relationship is successful. And that does not exclude workplace relationships. In my opinion, the most important characteristic of any work environment is shared communication, and that was my goal when creating this office tool.

Made You Look Photography is a single proprietor business begun in April 2009. Within a single month, clientele more than doubled and has steadily increased ever since. We offer fantasy and boudoir photography as well as more traditional family, individuals, and headshot sessions. While most of our photo sessions are on location, we also offer studio prints. In addition to portraiture, we offer our services for weddings, events, and corporate photography. We are not like the average cookie cutter photography studio; we take every opportunity to think outside of the box so that the client's personality shines through.

•Answer multi-line phones, assist visitors, resolve and refer admin problems and inquiries•Compose and edit correspondence from dictation, verbal direction, and knowledge of established dept/division policies; prepare, transcribe, compose, type, edit, and distribute agendas and minutes of mtgs•Coordinate mtgs, interviews, appts, events and similar activities for supervisors: travel as well as lodging•Record Submittals and Transmittals for subs•Scribe for Architectural Punch of construction sites,•Interim Office Manager and Project Accountant until permanent replacements were acquired•Coordinate conference and catering arrangements, invitation list, and all relevant travel and vendor set-up for Diversity Outreach Effort•Assist PMs by inputting both owner and sub Change Orders, Change Order Requests, and RFI's•Assist in preparation of monthly owner project status reports and project close-out
