Assists project managers and owns the office administration of the Horizon House Renovations Department. Serves as the communication hub between Renovations staff, vendors, residents, and other departments concerning construction-related inquiries, complaints, and suggestions. Assists with project management tasks including drafting and updating documentation, scheduling, and serving as liaison to varied stakeholders. Responsible for management of special projects as assigned, such as refurbishments and campus improvements. Records and compiles data for department reporting of key performance indicators.

Primarily responsible for creating digital promotional materials for Pierce College Student Life events as well as informational postings for other departments and faculty. Utilized time management skills to complete multiple concurrent project deliverables on strict deadlines. Participated in conducting panel interviews for the replacement incoming Student Life team (positions have a 1-year tenure).
