This involved additional duties of testing the product, verifying, filing and participating bug solution process, involvement in pre-release training, dissemination to other company groups, and document/solution release review for online support. Served as interim manager at all tier levels for periods of up to 6 weeks. This involved case assignment, management of up to three support groups, critical and crisis customer escalation management following through to resolution while interfacing with the internal engineering group.
