Ensure to verify benefit for every patient case and detailing the information for reimbursement which includes copay, coinsurance, deductibles, prior authorization, specialty pharmacy, step therapy and buy & bill.. Entering all data into a supporting system to commence enrollment of a new and existing patients . I work hand in hand with the case manager to make sure a patient is happy with the benefit and theright drug by knowing if it is off label or in label before it will be sent to the physician.
