As Manager of MLSE Scoreboard, I am leading the development in collaboration with MLSE Digital Labs, and other duties related to scaling and partner onboarding. MLSE Scoreboard is a digital evaluation and engagement tool for use in sport and physical activity programs. Through this platform, youth facing barriers can engage in interventions that increase positive youth development for success in sport and life. I also conduct research as a member of the Research and Evaluations team at MLSE LaunchPad. Our goal is to learn how sport helps youth to recognize and reach their potential - and how we can create an even greater impact.

My ultimate goal is to help each of them to decrease their risk of developing preventable chronic disease by changing their habits and improving their lifestyle.
