CurrentLe Marais Bakery opened in July 2011 in San Francisco. Since then, this family-owned bakery and bistro has been serving quality interpretations of classic French dishes and artisanal pastries made with the very best organic and local ingredients.We offer a selection of Fresh Baked Croissants and Pastries, Frozen Bake-at-Home Croissants and Pastries, and Cake and Cookie Mixes. We have done a number of 100+ mailings, often for customers who wanted to host remote-based baking team buildings. We also ship corporate gifts nationwide. For each corporate shipment, we create a custom label, and we can create custom assortments as well. Teams can arrange for packages to be shipped out a few days before the event to proof the croissants the night before and bake at each of their homes "together." Our frozen pastries and croissants are shipped with dry ice and two day delivery. Baked items are also sent two day, baked late morning just before packaging. Mixes can be shipped ground, and those would work best for international shipments. Teams can provide us with labels or we can create the shipment and pass the shipping cost on to you, via UPS. We also ship our baked goods to homes across the country through Williams Sonoma, so we have quite a lot of experience with larger shipments.
