• Onboard and train a team of 36 employees in class sizes of 12 during extended travel to Manila, the Philippines, while addressing stateside workflows and reporting issues• Delegate, observe, and amend or build new processes for overseas resources, applying knowledge gained regarding cultural, educational, and experiential differences• Create and maintain relationship with the National Accounts team, representing over 13,000 distinct customers and billions of dollars in sales volume

• Work alongside management team to maintain existing training resources and introduce new materials and processes to the floor• Audit daily workflows for a team of twenty coordinators, record and track progress, furthering development where needed and developing new performance metrics as called for• Conduct complete restructuring of onboarding, training, and performance measurement systems in anticipation of movement to offshore facility

• Conduct historical pricing and eligibility research, utilizing SOPs to rectify accounting discrepancies in the Chargebacks system in accordance with internal and SOX requirements• Work collaboratively with those inside and outside the organization to solve problems and provide optimal pricing for a wide range of customers• Efficiently navigate and interface with many database and auditing platforms including SAP, SharePoint, and IBM AS/400

• Responsible for generating orientation and onboarding material for replacement interns as well as instructing them in processes used in market research and analysis• Self-managed multiple projects simultaneously including original source translation, primary research, devising of metrics, and construction of indicators• Consolidated and communicated relevant macroeconomic data across six departments to ensure timely, comprehensive, and accurate reporting
