Investigate accidents, thefts, property loss, and unlawful activities. Develop and maintain the condominiums Safety Program. Implement checks to ensure all reports and logs have been properly completed. Schedule labor force and assign work for efficient use of equipment and personnel. Ensure compliance by all security personnel with Company and departmental rules and procedures. Recommend, manage, and monitor work of staff as well as hiring, communicating, coaching, and building relationships. Maintain a working relationship with local, municipal, and governmental law enforcement agencies, insurance carriers, etc. Assume Director of Security responsibilities during absence. Perform other related duties as assigned.

Respond to emergencies, disturbances, undesired conduct, and threats to life and property.Respond to assigned calls and initiate necessary reports and/or corrective action. Monitor the employee entrance/exit to ensure appropriate property business. Answer security telephone and dispatch calls to officers using a two-way radio system. Monitor surveillance system, fire alarm system, property access control door alarm system, and other systems in the security control room.Consult internally with Company personnel and departments to assure adequate security.Guest room door lock and safe repair. Conduct fire watch. Perform preventative maintenance on Security equipment. Serve as Lead Officer and supervision of Tier 2 and 3. Initiate fire watch when needed.
