CONSULTANT - SATCOM Project Manager – Satellite Ground Transportable Terminal,- United Arab Emirates customer: YAHSAT Abu Dhabi (MUBADALA Subsidiary),- Management & Setting up multi task Team,- Scheduling and project management,- Establish & develop inter company relationships (EADS, THALES),- Development and technical acceptance of two operational prototypes,- Launching of mass manufacturing, respecting adequacy costs & lead-time

CONSULTANT – Broadcast & Telecommunication: TDF France Mission- Program Manager Redesign To Cost (RTC) & feedback from past experience,- Deployments: Microwave links, transmitters, repeaters, Multi Transport Services,- Management & Setting up multi task Team (up to 32 Project Manager),- Scheduling and Project management,- Implementation, completion of monitoring indicators (KPI) & reporting to the top management.

CONSULTANT – Telecommunication: Alcatel-Lucent Mission- Set up of several action plans in order to reduce overall costs of antennas & cables,- Preparation of plan for e-Auction, - Back up & Support of the purchasing department for the technical analysis of the products,- Technical-Commercial analysis of the existing activity,- Coordination of internal services – Purchasing & Technical Departments,- Technical support for the proposal & project teams.

SENIOR ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE-Telecom- France, Belgium, Luxembourg & North Africa - Responsible for the Sales of Andrew Corp Products / civilian & military markets- Set up & elaboration of commercial actions,- Prospecting & development of customer portfolio,- Drive product positioning by performing the competition market analysis,- Tenders participation & follow up of customers,- Technical & Commercial analysis of the technical configuration for the Operators, Integrators, Installers & OEM (TETRA, GSM, UMTS, Indoor & Outdoor coverage…earth station systems),- Management of the Earth Station proposal & projects in Europe, Africa & Middle East.

PRODUCT LINE MANAGER "EARTH STATION ANTENNA SYSTEMS"- Alcatel products & external products / civilian & military markets- Definition of the Alcatel Internal/External Product policy – Make or Buy, - Technical & Commercial Analysis of the antenna system configuration,- Perform market & competition analysis,- Commercial & Technical support for the proposal & project teams,- Management of several program managers who will lead the whole product industrialisation.

PRODUCT LINE MANAGER "P.A.G.C"- External products: towers / antennas / civil work / civilian & military markets- Definition of the Alcatel External Product policy (microwave & earth station),- Commercial & Technical support for the proposal & project teams,- Marketing & Purchasing negotiations,- Establish & develop relationships with key internal & external partners.

ANTENNA & HYPERFREQUENCIES PROJECT MANAGER- R&D laboratory / civilian & military markets- Feasibility, study and industrialization of hyper frequency products, terrestrial microwave & earth station antennas (Patents, Article author).
