I have been co-producing and co-managing festivals since 2001. My strengths are many, however I enjoy site management and operations management more than most tasks involved in the production of a festival.I am my best self when I have a broad overview and an ability to interact intimately and independently with the finer workings of a music and arts festival. I continue to develop strong leadership skills while honing my critical thinking abilities.My aim is to form, maintain, and belong to a 'super' team of production junkies. I currently work with many diverse and qualified people, on many different shows. I would love to glean the cream of the crop and create our own show. Not necessarily something 'new and different'... just better, with high integrity and perhaps a different profit sharing model.Specialties: I can be set to task and trusted to get it done well and without oversight. Doesn't matter the task, if I cannot do it I can organize the person or people who can get it done.
