Patrick Barber is a Teacher of Psychology and HE and UCAS Adviser and EDI Lead at The Polesworth School. He possess expertise in teaching, coaching, public speaking, staff development, leadership development and 12 more skills. Colleagues describe him as "Paddy was the Head of VIth form during my final two years at the Duke of Yorks Royal Military school, pushing on for 8 years ago. I can say with total certainty that he was one of the, extremely limited group of mentors, who had a huge impact on my life, then and through until the time of writing. He is a passionate educator, inspiring leader and most of all kind with his thoughts and time. I attribute a lot of personal and social success during my late formative years down to the influence of Paddy. This ranges from applying to my eventual university of choice and even the career path I've now taken right through to knowing the right passage or book to turn to when I'm in need of a little bit of push forward. I can directly pinpoint a pivot point in my life at the age of 17 after an extended conversation, which would have probably come across as a telling off from anyone else, with Paddy Barber and I'll never forget this. I still value Paddy as someone to confide in and I know this is an opinion widely shared amongst my peers and friends. Anyone who runs in to Paddy in any field, will be a lucky man and I certainly hope to remain in contact professionally and personally for the foreseeable future. Sadly my grammar is something even he couldn't hope to fix. "
