Involved from inception in the State of Illinois VoIP Enterprise Service and Collaboration Tools deployments providing Project and Program Management, Business Analysis, Process Development and Issues Mitigation. Specifically including Cisco Jabber and Webex as they integrate with VoIP and the MS Office products. I partner with a great team of people to help guide deployments to successful completion.

Worked on a wide range of IT projects from the web to software migration and security standards.

Managed Main State of Illinois Web Sites. Led effort to bring Web Standards to the State of Illinois, Provided Standards Direction to State Agencies (Including Accessibility), Developed Presentations, Events, Conducted Web Portal Design and Implementation, E-forms, PDF Fill/Save Forms. Planned, built and helped manage Tech Town at the Illinois State Fair 1998 through 2004. Tech Town, a venue designed to highlight and inform citizens of the growing number of state services and info available online was visited each year at the fair by 50k plus people. Worked with a great group of people who collectively provided an increasing amount of information and services to the citizens of Illinois and had fun along the way.
