I work in the Chief Executive Office of Royal Bank of Scotland dealing with complaints from customers, MP's, and the Media. My job is to log, investigate and resolve complaints within regulatory timescales and use this data to continually improve the processes and procedures to stop complaints happening in the future.I am also responsible for investigating issues for consumers that have approached the Financial Ombudsman regarding an aspect of their service with the bank.
