About Patrick Beech

My skills set includes but are not limited to the use of the following software: AutoCAD, Teamcenter, Oracle, Solid Edge and most Microsoft products. I have experience in mechanical drawing of plastic, screw machine, and stamped metal parts as well as commercial and architectural drawings. I have created drafting department operation standards both for the computer systems utilized and for drawing creation at my pervious company. I have designed a number of products based on customer requests while working closely with the sales department staff and customers.The past 24 years I have managed the drafting department of Therm-O-Disc inc. in Mansfield Ohio and oversaw the transition away for our Mansfield drafting operation to the Chinese Engineering Center. While I know the amount of supervisory time is vast during most of that 24 years, I still did design and drawing work in an expediting role. I also have oversight of the Engineering center in China and worked well as a coach and mentor to the staff. I very much would like to step back to a much more hands on workload doing what I love and that is the drawing side of this work.
