As a returning intern for the Student STAR Program, I organized and facilitated a series of four-day academic and professional development workshops during the summer. The program focuses on the key areas of business, communication, teamwork, and life skills, which help high school and incoming college students in their academic and professional journey. In this role, I focused on developing and reviewing all content, plus ensuring that company standards are met. The program was completely virtual, so I delivered remote presentations on various topics related to Dell Technologies, professionalism on social media, networking, and presentation skills. As a second-year intern, I was able to building on the lessons I learned in my first year in order to provide the student participants with a great experience.

As an intern for the Student STAR Program, I helped organize and facilitate the four-day business and professional development program during four weekly sessions. The program is designed to equip high school students and incoming college freshmen with the tools needed to excel both academically and professionally. In this role, I delivered presentations on various professional development and business topics, facilitated classroom activities, and worked with students to help them get the most they could out of their time in the program. During this internship, I was able to expand my professional network and develop myself professionally.
