Leading youth Trail Crews on work projects throughout the Pacific Northwest. Hard work, long hours, lots of fun.

Providing support and structure to at risk youth (boys) in a semi-primitive wilderness setting. Monthly multi-day trips into the GA wilderness. Roles included Mentor, Cook, Structurer, Boss, Teacher, Facilitator, and Conflict Resolution.
