The University Observatory of Vulnerability, Resilience and Sustainable Reconstruction (Œuvre Durable) is a Montréal-based interdisciplinary research lab focused on the global impacts of climate change, hazard mitigation, and international sustainable development. Responsibilities included writing proposals and securing grant funding, editing academic articles for journal publication, researching and analyzing climate policy, and writing reports on the topics of urban and Indigenous climate change policy and flood resilience in Quebec.

Expanded the university’s sustainable transportation program and oversaw the development of Yale College’s Sustainability Action Plans to fulfill the ambitions outlined in the Yale Sustainability Plan 2025. I collaborated extensively with the City of New Haven, Yale staff departments, local advocacy organizations, and transit services to implement campus bikeshare, infrastructure improvements, and a range of sustainability programming. Additional responsibilities included managing four undergraduate interns, generating website content, managing social media channels and campaigns, GIS mapping, conducting planning research and analysis, writing project proposals, leading public presentations, writing press releases and professional reports, and stakeholder engagement.

Pine Island Community Farm is a food security project and land trust intended to economically and culturally empower 200+ resettled refugee families in the Burlington, VT region. I drafted business plans, provided farming support to New American farmers, helped initiate ecological restoration and regenerative agriculture projects, installed a 12-acre irrigation system, and planned public events to engage the broader community.
