I was part of the fit-out team responsible for operating theatres, inpatient imaging, plant rooms, and associated office spaces.Key Achievements:• Through the coordination of many engineering systems and how they interact in a complex building, I gained an understanding of building services, i.e. electrical, ICT, BMS, gases, fire systems, plumbing, HVAC, radiation shielding, structural, seismic, and acoustics.• Resolved design issues, site changes and nonconformances to eliminate critical path delays due to technical issues by working collaboratively with specialist subcontractors.• Developed a graduate coordinator through on-the-job training to take on higher level roles.

Chevron Australia's Gorgon Liquefied Natural Gas plant, situated on Barrow Island WA. Leighton Contractor’s scope was foundations, underground piping and electrical services with the associated earthworks. Key Achievements:• Achieved weekly construction targets with site teams.• Closed out all quality documentation for my zone.• I implemented and managed a quality assurance database system to support paper records, which resulted in weekly time savings across the team.• I developed a material-tracking database to track 60,000+ items required including the logistics status in the supply chain to Barrow Island.• Fabricated, installed and tested 56km of underground pipework as part of the piping team.• Increased data entry speed and accuracy of daily site labour reporting with automated reporting for senior management.
