In my work as a commercial litigator, I strive to spot the issue and implement a cost effective and efficient strategies to aid my client. In the course of my legal career, I have had the privilege of representing clients in disputes regarding: commercial real estate, residential real estate, restrictive covenants, shareholder disputes, breach of fiduciary duties, successor corporate liability, breach of contract, and other commercial matters.I am an active member in my legal and professional community. I am a member of the Illinois State Bar Association and the DuPage County Bar Association. I have volunteered for DuPage County Bar Association's Law Day events and Lawyer's Lending a Hand charitable outings. I am also a volunteer for the Lisle Chamber of Commerce.
