Responsibilities consist of the management of GIS personnel on long-term field projects. My experience with ArcGIS includes the manipulation of spatial data and aerial imagery to form database layers for numerous commercial and industrial clients as well as local, state, and federal agencies. Deployed web based map viewers to provide near real-time access to current field data. Strong background in GPS system data collection, post-processing techniques, and GIS map implementation. Remote sensing processes with ArcGIS and ENVI computer programs to conduct different classification and image enhancement techniques using various aerial photography sources. Maintain strong client relations through both high quality and timely deliverables for multiple oil and gas clientele. Data management of pipeline systems, including line specifications and spatial data, as well as providing submissions to state regulators for permitting. Mapping efforts completed in the Eagle Ford Shale, midstream pipelines throughout the states of Texas and Oklahoma, as well as environmental risk assessment efforts for multiple Bahamas, Côte d'Ivoire in Africa, and Mexico exploration clients.Other responsibilities include the management of a dedicated group of staff members. Through this role I have been responsible for ensuring both their success as a member of the group, and the successful completion of each project which they have been requested for.Outside of the role of GIS Analyst and group leader, my scope of work includes being a dedicated member and leader of our Emergency Response Team. Responsibilities include managing all costs, documentation, staff and equipment management, and reporting all efforts associated with response activities. Skilled in field sampling efforts in Level B through Level D operations and trained to work in Level A conditions. HAZCAT project team lead for documentation, sampling, and bulking operations of drums, totes, and other chemical storage containers.
