Throughout his career Mr. Bormann has held roles including Chief Operating Officer, General Manager, Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Sales and Distribution. His experience includes driving significant growth of companies (zero to $220 million), raising seed capital and managing through acquisitions with post-integration of multiple teams and business units.During his 20-year tenure at Triad Systems in Livermore, Patrick was responsible for the leadership, strategic direction, and P&L of several business units in North America, totaling $140+ million in revenue. At Berkeley Process Controls, Patrick developed key partnerships with semiconductor capital equipment manufacturers and expanded the sales and marketing force into Europe.
