I have transferred to DXC Technology as a result of the merger of HPE Services and CSC on April 1st and worked as a Human Capital Consultant within the HCC global team, based in the UK.The role was responsible for driving innovative people-related solutions as part of worldwide deal pursuits, transitions and acquisitions. Developing customized and innovative solutions aligned with each client’s business objectives while optimizing cost efficiencies for both HPE and the client.I specialised in leading and managing people transition and change management programs of all sizes, with clients in diverse industry verticals such as Energy, Banking, Finance, Insurance, Manufacturing, and Public Sectors, including Defence.I managed the HR solution during the pursuit and sales cycle, responsible for all aspects of the HR solution, through to contract signature. This involves supporting multi-million dollar bids in the UK and across the EMEA region in HPE to design and implement HR strategies that lead to successful outcomes for all parties involved. I also act as the Labour Relations SME to deal pursuit teams, with particular reference to the management of trade unions and EWC’s.

This role is a continuation of my current role, only that the company, HPES has merged with CSC at the beginning of April '17.In addition I am the Subject Matter Expert for the MOD/Defence sector and also have Security Clearance. Development of EMEA LR strategy in conjunction with Global Labour Relations – optimizing HR communications, Organizational Development and Management of Change, in order to drive People Engagement.Advise EMEA Leadership team on EMEA ER related issues. Management of the EWC, EWC Select Committee and 4 associated Sub Committees.Managing establishment of Special Negotiating Body in 28 EEA countries for purposes of creating a new EWC Agreement (post EWC’s decision to give notice to terminate).

Responsible for creating and implementing Employee Relations (ER) strategy within UK&I in conjunction with HR UK objectives. ER Lead for integration of 14,000 Electronic Data Systems employees into HP 08/09 in UK&I – including recognition of 4 trade unions (Unite/PCS/Unison & TSSA).Led consultation process for major workforce restructuring programme (3,500). Led merger of EDS/HP employee forums to create UK Works Council and negotiated new constitution. EMEA Subject Matter Expert to Mergers, Acquisitions, Divestiture and Outsourcing division - providing ER solution for outsourcing deals, I&C requirements, Tupe advice and client negotiation.Lead negotiator for pay bargaining and change management for all collectively bargained areas - approximately 3500 employees.
