This includes a lengthy career with Capita Asset Services in London, where I progressed from server and application support role through to Infrastructure and IT Support.My experience includes running server and storage infrastructure, supporting hardware and network systems, server installations, backup and recovery, disaster recovery and data replication. I am confident managing both physical and virtual sites, including supervising colleagues and providing technical assistance to project team members. With analytical thinking, I enjoy troubleshooting 3rd line issues and create plans for future development to maximise system abilities, minimise incidents and improve overall service delivery. I am extremely flexible and adaptable to provide 24/7 on call 3rd line support, either a contract or permanent basis. My IT credentials include ITIL Foundation v3, VMware Certified Professional v3 and v4, training in SharePoint Administration Microsoft Azure Cloud Administration. I have a diverse array of IT knowledge, including Windows, Active Directory, Hyper V, Oracle, Citrix, PowerShell, Business Objects, HP and various others.
