Hi, I am currently a student at Boyce College at the Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. I am pursuing a BA in Business Administration with plans to enter the 5 year BA & M.Div program. I plan on using this degree to further my knowledge of business and the Bible and go into full-time ministry. I currently serve full time on the Operations Team at Shandon Baptist Church where I assist in making sure all weekday and weekend operations run smoothly. My main responsibility is to ensure that all rooms/events are set up correctly throughout the week. I also help with General maintenance, Special Events, Safety/Security, Technical/Production and other projects. I also have experience troubleshooting basic computer/IT problems and experience with A/V and production equipment. I also volunteer in other ministries in the church. I serve as an usher and currently help coordinate both our Blended and Modern service. In this position I am responsible for ensuring there are enough ushers to collect tithe and welcome guest. I am also responsible for the weekly attendance count for both services. I am also apart of the college ministry and on the College Leadership Team where I help lead a community group of guys from ages 18-22. I have also served on multiple mission trips to Washington, DC., Miami, FL. , and Denver, CO. I am a Eagle Scout from Boy Scout Troop 324 and have experience leading as Senior Patrol Leader, Quartermaster, Scribe, Chaplains Aid, and Webmaster. I have been to NYLT, which is the advanced youth leadership training for the BSA. I am a Brotherhood Honor member of the BSA Camping Honor Society aka The Order of the Arrow and currently serve as an Adult as Assistant Scoutmaster. During High School I spent 4 years in JROTC where I learned leadership and spent hours at community service. I eventually rose to the rank of Cadet Captain and served as the S-1 or Battalion Administrative Officer. I love people and have a heart for serving the church and community in hopes of spreading the Gospel and Jesus' love for everyone.
