The total office space is in excess of 60,000-sq. ft. and consists of approximately 600 personnel. Key Achievements in role:Project administrator on the £8 million pound fit out of Deloitte Manchester offices between August 2005 and December 2006. This included the following• Significant input into the client design brief which was used as a starting position for the architect to put their initial designs together.• Continuous liaison with the main contractor, architect, project team and Deloitte partnership on all aspects of the fit out• Contact with the M&E Designers for all M&E Services within the building, including small power, lighting and computer suite fit out.• Contact with Deloitte National IT group for infrastructure cabling, fit out of computer and build rooms.• Undertook extensive risk management throughout the project to ensure that down time to the business would be minimal.• Design of security system in conjunction with direct security contractor, this included positioning of all readers, cameras, panic buttons, intercoms, barriers and interface with fire alarm system.• Design of AV systems in conjunction with direct AV contractor, this included installation of plasma screens, data projectors, sound systems and smart boards. The installation covered twenty conference rooms, reception, client business area, café and LCD screens in open plan work areas.• Design of mail room, print area and stationery stores in conjunction with direct contractor.• Full fire risk assessment carried out prior to moving into the building.• Ensured that all statutory signage was in place• Co-ordination and execution of physical move in conjunction with appointed move contractor. -
